Madeline Ruhlow
Executive Assistant, President’s Office
Madeline is executive assistant to the president at Climate Lead, where she brings more than a decade of experience in project management and institutional programming.
Prior to joining Climate Lead, Madeline spent seven years at Francisco Partners, a global investment firm, in executive support roles. Previously, she worked at Hamilton Families, the San Francisco Bay Area’s largest family homeless shelter, as its children’s program coordinator. Before relocating to San Francisco, Madeline served as an arts learning educator for Chicago Children’s Museum.
Madeline holds a bachelor’s degree in art with a minor in French from Northeastern Illinois University. A practicing aerialist, she is passionate about the creative process and continuously looks for innovative ways to foster collaboration and advancement for all communities as we confront the climate crisis, together.
