Shannen is the editorial content associate at Climate Lead, where she supports and works closely with the Content Strategy team to produce high-impact products for donors interested in climate. Prior to joining Climate Lead, Shannen supported marketing strategy at El Centro Chicano y Latino, creating engaging experiences for visitors and staff, and managing digital communications. She comes from an arts and non-profit background, having previously worked in Digital Collections for the Cooper Hewitt Smithsonian Design Museum and as a digital researcher for the U.S. Latinx Art Forum, an advocacy organization for Latinx art and art history.
