Sean Marrer
Associate Director, Advisory
Sean serves as the operational architect of Climate Lead’s advisory support ecosystem. He strengthens the team, systems, and capacity that enable Climate Lead to deliver exceptional service to philanthropists.
Sean has over a decade of experience building and scaling teams at high-growth technology companies. Prior to joining Climate Lead, he served as senior director of user and product operations at Quizlet, where he built and led customer support, policy enforcement, and product operations. Sean previously directed UrbanSitter’s member operations and held an influential customer support role at Zoosk.
Sean holds a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Minnesota and spent a year teaching English in Montpellier. He is thrilled to apply his operational skills to Climate Lead’s mission, expanding our support for philanthropic strategies that scale climate solutions across the planet.
