Lauren Todd
Director, Prospect Development, Advisory
Lauren leads development research efforts at Climate Lead. She is responsible for building comprehensive systems and processes to support the organization’s philanthropic community, working in close partnership with the rest of the advisory team to develop guidance around strategic philanthropy that supports high-impact climate solutions.
Lauren brings more than a decade of specialized experience in development and research to her current role. Most recently at UCSF, she partnered closely with senior leadership in order to engage values-aligned donors in the university’s work, leading them toward giving strategies tailored to their desired impact. Lauren holds a bachelor’s degree from Northeastern University.
