Lauren Todd

Lauren Todd is director of prospect development at Climate Lead, where she leads prospect identification and research efforts. Lauren is responsible for building comprehensive systems and processes to support the organization’s philanthropic initiatives, working in close partnership with the Philanthropy team to inform donor engagement strategies in addressing the climate crisis.
Lauren brings more than 10 years of specialized experience in prospect development and research. Most recently at UCSF, she partnered closely with the executive office and strategy and planning team while building comprehensive processes and systems for prospect identification and portfolio management. This collaborative work with senior leadership developed her expertise in delivering timely, detailed prospect intelligence to support philanthropic efforts.
