Lauren is the talent acquisition partner at Climate Lead, where she leads strategic hiring initiatives to attract and recruit top-tier talent in support of the organization’s ambitious 2030 plan. As a member of the People Team, Lauren is dedicated to building scalable, inclusive hiring processes that meet the needs of internal stakeholders while fostering a positive, equitable experience for every candidate.

With over 11 years of recruiting experience, Lauren has successfully navigated both in-house roles at high-growth startups and agency/consulting engagements across diverse industries. She brings not only deep expertise in aligning talent strategy with mission-driven growth, but also a compassionate, people-centered approach to every search. Lauren is proud to channel both her skills and empathy into advancing Climate Lead’s bold vision for climate action.

Lauren holds dual bachelor’s degrees in communication and psychology from the University of California, Davis. Outside of work, she’s the proud parent of a soon-to-be preschooler and is deeply motivated to leave a healthier, more sustainable planet for future generations.
