Julia is a prospect research analyst, helping to optimize Climate Lead’s pipeline development through prospect identification and providing detailed and actionable donor insights to philanthropy advisors. She also analyzes institutional data and giving metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of current donor strategies while working closely with the business systems team to refine and enhance CRM functionality and data hygiene. Prior to joining Climate Lead, Julia worked in prospect research and development at New York University and the Metropolitan Opera, where she partnered with fundraising teams and organizational leadership on building prospect pipelines and delivering highly specified and tailored research on individual and institutional donors.
