Julia optimizes Climate Lead’s development efforts through detailed, actionable donor insights. Her research helps connect philanthropists with the opportunities that best fulfill their goals for purpose and impact. She also analyzes institutional data and gives metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of current strategies, working closely with the business systems team to refine and enhance CRM functionality and data hygiene.
Prior to joining Climate Lead, Julia worked in development research at New York University and the Metropolitan Opera, delivering tailored research to improve philanthropic engagement. She holds bachelor’s degrees in English literature and Spanish language from Temple University and a master’s degree in Irish studies from New York University.
Based in Brooklyn with her husband and daughter, Julia enjoys birds, gardens, and partnering with animal rescue groups on trap-neuter-return (TNR) initiatives and community cat care.
