Jenny Schawe
Manager of Business Systems, Finance and Operations
Jenny is manager of business systems at Climate Lead, where she works closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure Climate Lead has the technology, data, and insight needed to achieve its goals. Prior to joining Climate Lead, Jenny served as donor and grants database manager for the KIPP Foundation, where she helped design a system to track fundraising and grantmaking data for the school network. She previously held multiple positions at Room to Read. In each role, Jenny has worked to optimize databases to facilitate team collaboration and streamline operations.
