Anne is the director of information technology at Climate Lead, where she leads the development of a scalable, secure, and people-centered IT function to support the organization’s mission. She partners across teams to simplify systems, improve workflows, and enable effective, high-impact work.
Anne brings more than 15 years of experience leading IT strategy, operations, and transformation across enterprise and growth-stage organizations. She is known for bringing clarity to complex environments and building practical, right-sized solutions that balance security, simplicity, and speed.
Prior to Climate Lead, Anne held senior IT leadership roles at Pure Storage focused on scaling and modernizing enterprise systems. She has also served as head of IT at Technology Crossover Ventures and held IT leadership roles at Netflix.
