Stan Hou

Stan is the director of Global Climate Solutions (GCS) Operations at Climate Lead, where he serves as a senior member of the GCS team leading key team operations, including planning, operational systems, and cross-team collaboration in order to strengthen the team’s capacity to deliver high-impact expertise and solutions to new climate philanthropists. He brings more than 15 years of experience in operations, strategy, and organizational leadership across the nonprofit and professional services sectors.

Prior to joining Climate Lead full-time, Stan served as its interim director of planning and operations and a part-time strategic consultant, building systems and processes that supported the team’s growth and effectiveness. Earlier in his career, he led operations and people functions at Philanthropy University and OneValley, where he helped scale teams, infrastructure, and positive, values-driven cultures to serve global communities of nonprofit leaders and social entrepreneurs. Stan began his career in management consulting for PricewaterhouseCoopers, developing deep expertise in strategy, business process design, and project management.
