Amanda Turner

Amanda is the executive assistant to the chief communications officer at Climate Lead, where she brings more than a decade of project management and executive support experience. Before joining Climate Lead, Amanda supported the CEO of Outlier.org, a start-up online education company with the mission of making higher education more affordable. Prior to that, she worked for adidas Sport Performance Global Design in Portland, OR, and Gap Foundation, Gap Inc.’s philanthropic arm, in San Francisco, and New York City. Amanda has also taught composition and poetry writing courses at Santa Clara University. She brings her lifelong love for language, storytelling, and the natural world to Climate Lead, eager to work toward positive and sustainable environmental change.
