Jen Wylegala
Senior Director, New Donor Strategy, Philanthropy
Jen is the senior director of new donor strategy at Climate Lead, leading strategy and initiatives to bring new donors to climate. She has more than 20 years of experience building and scaling philanthropic programs and donor communities, including as the inaugural chief philanthropy and communications officer at the Collaborative for Gender + Reproductive Equity and the Gender Equity Action Fund. Her career also includes executive development leadership roles at the San Francisco General Hospital Foundation and Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA). She proudly serves on the board of Essential Access Health.
