Anna Richardson

Anna Richardson is operations coordinator at Climate Lead, where she supports daily operations, enabling the company to run efficiently and effectively. Before joining Climate Lead, Anna was at SaaS solar company in San Francisco working towards a goal of solar for all. During her time there, she focused on the operations and facilities of the headquarters making the space a positive and productive work environment for employees. Prior to working at a green company, she was building strong foundational administrative and operational skills at a dental office in Mountain View, ensuring the office’s functional goals were met and patients had a pleasant experience in every step of their treatment.

Anna is originally from the California Central Valley and holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of the Pacific. Anna is excited to use her operational expertise to create a thriving work environment where employees feel empowered to work towards their goal of creating a more sustainable future for all.
