Danielle Alvarez

Danielle is manager of special projects at Climate Lead, where she partners with the chief communications officer on strategic communications endeavors for Climate Lead and its partners. She brings nearly a decade of experience in project management, communications strategy, and event curation. Prior to joining Climate Lead, Danielle led fundraising for the Immigration Institute of the Bay Area, where she designed and ran small and large-scale gatherings to supercharge donor engagement. She previously collaborated on hundreds of fundraisers at 501 Auctions (now Community Brands) and developed public symposiums nationwide with Zócalo Public Square and its institutional partners.
