Constance is a project manager at Climate Lead, where she works closely with senior philanthropy advisors to guide philanthropists in funding innovative solutions to the climate crisis. Constance’s professional endeavors have been rooted in nonprofits and academic institutions with a focus on energy and sustainability. Prior to joining Climate Lead, Constance served as program and development associate at Earth Innovation Institute. Previously, she administered grants for research laboratories in France and Switzerland.
