Rob Douglas is the salesforce administrator at Climate Lead, where he works with the manager of business systems to support the organization’s technology, data, and reporting needs. His work includes maintaining and improving Salesforce systems, streamlining automated processes, and technology training to help advance Climate Lead’s mission. Prior to joining Climate Lead, Rob was a management consultant specializing in technology solutions and data management, with a primary focus on the Salesforce platform. He also led operations and supported grant fulfillment for Mālama Maui Nui, an environmental non-profit in Maui, Hawai’i. Additionally, Rob’s background includes experience in documentary film production and mindfulness coaching, which inform his interest in systems thinking and collaborative work environments.
