Madeline Ruhlow

Madeline is executive assistant to the president at Climate Lead, where she brings more than a decade of experience in project management and institutional programming. Prior to joining Climate Lead, Madeline spent seven years at Francisco Partners, a global investment firm, in executive support roles. Previously, she worked at Hamilton Families, the San Francisco Bay Area’s largest family homeless shelter, as its children’s program coordinator. Before relocating to San Francisco, Madeline served as an arts learning educator for Chicago Children’s Museum.
