Kristen is the director of philanthropy team operations at Climate Lead, overseeing team priorities, planning, and systems to strengthen capabilities, improve efficiency, and support robust partnerships across the organization. She has more than two decades of experience managing planned giving and stewardship programs in the environmental nonprofit sector. She has held donor relations and campaign leadership roles at The Nature Conservancy, the Northern Sierra Partnership, and most recently at Earthjustice, where she established a centralized donor marketing and engagement program.
