Kathy Lam

Kathy Lam is a project manager at Climate Lead, where she supports advisory services that guide philanthropists to give to high-impact climate solutions.

Prior to joining Climate Lead, Kathy was a manager at Nonprofit Finance Fund, a consultancy and lender to mission-driven organizations. In that role, she partnered with nonprofit organizations and philanthropy across a range of issue areas to equip nonprofit leaders with the capital and resources required to adapt, thrive, and drive positive change.

Kathy holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in international affairs from UC San Diego and spent most of her life in California before moving to New York City, where she is based currently. After spending much of her early academic and professional career supporting a spread of issue areas she holds close to heart, she’s now excited to focus her efforts entirely on building a just, equitable, and climate resilient future.
