Anna Liao

Anna Liao is interim executive assistant to the president at Climate Lead, where she brings more than a decade of experience in executive support with a focus on smooth operations for the office of the president. 

Anna has extensive executive support and project management experience from her work at Stanford University and various non-profits, startups, and tech companies in the Bay Area since 2007. Prior to rejoining Climate Lead, Anna worked as executive assistant to the CEO and CPO at The Sobrato Organization, as well as to the President at Sobrato Philanthropies. She was in charge of logistics and scheduling, and played a key role in coordinating with stakeholders across the organization, including the executive leadership team, Sobrato family, and board. Formerly, Anna supported the president at Climate Lead from 2019-2022 and held multiple roles supporting senior leaders at Stanford School of Medicine. 

Anna holds a degree in finance from Bayes Business School in London, U.K., and a bachelor of science in economics from National Taipei University in Taiwan. When she is not at her desk, you will likely find Anna chauffeuring her kids to soccer practices and games, volunteering for local organizations, and exploring/learning new things. Anna cares about numerous fields ranging from climate resilience, global health, youth development, to mental health. She strives to create a more equitable and inclusive future for the next generation.
